Honda CB100

The rear brake pedal return spring dimensions are:

10 to 15 mm diameter

Distance between location point on pedal to location point on frame with raised pedal = 82mm to 85mm (extended spring unstretched).

Untensioned length of spring = 50mm to 70mm

Lower part of spring would foul the swinging arm, except for an extended loop ~ so dimensions are:

• Bottom loop 40mm long (to clear swinging arm pivot)

• spring coil length 10 to 20mm

• top loop 10mm long

The brake light switch spring was intended to be hooked over the lower coil of the brake pedal return spring - and so is too short to stretch from the brake light switch to the brake pedal.
